Refund policy

We want you to love Pulse Gummies as much as we do. If something isn’t right, we’ll do what we can to fix it—within the guidelines below.


Returns

Due to the nature of ingestible products, we cannot accept returns once the package has been opened.

We only accept returns if:

  • The product is unopened, sealed, and in its original condition

  • The return is requested within 14 days of delivery

To start a return, email us at info.pulsegummies.shop with your order number and the reason for the return.
We must approve returns before you send anything back.

Customers are responsible for return postage unless the product was defective or sent in error.


Refunds

Refunds are offered in the following situations:

1. Defective or Damaged Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We’ll request photos to confirm the issue and will replace or refund the item.

2. Order Errors (Our Fault)

If we ship the wrong item, we’ll fix it immediately—at no cost to you.

3. Approved Unopened Returns

Once we receive and inspect the unopened return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process it.


Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Opened or used products

  • Returns requested more than 14 days after delivery

  • Packages marked “delivered” by the courier but not received (you must open a claim with the courier)

  • Delays caused by courier services or incorrect addresses provided by the customer

  • Change-of-mind after the package has been opened


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  1. Check with your bank or card provider

  2. Contact your payment platform (PayPal, Klarna, etc.)

  3. If still unresolved, contact us at info@pulsegummies.shop


Exchanges

We only replace items if they arrive defective, damaged, or we sent the wrong product.
If you need an exchange, email info@pulsegummies.shop.


Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped.
Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
