What we collect

• Contact details you give us — for example your name and email address when you email us.
• Order details when you buy directly on this website: your name, email address, UK delivery address, items purchased and order history. Card payments are handled by our payment provider (Stripe) — we never see or store your card details.
• Technical and usage data: device type, approximate location derived from IP address, pages viewed and interactions with the site.

Why we use it

• To answer your enquiries and provide customer service (legitimate interests).
• To process and deliver orders and handle returns (performance of a contract).
• To keep the site secure and understand how it is used, in aggregate (legitimate interests).
• To send marketing messages only where you have opted in (consent), which you can withdraw at any time.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses only cookies and storage that are strictly necessary for the page to function, plus privacy-friendly first-party usage measurement. When you visit, a random visit identifier is kept in your browser's session storage (it is deleted when you close the tab and is not a cookie). Against that identifier we record anonymous events: that a visit started, how you arrived (the referring website's domain and any campaign tags in the link, such as utm_source or utm_campaign), your device type (mobile, tablet or desktop), which major sections of the page you viewed, which purchase button you clicked, and whether a checkout was started or an order completed. If you order direct, the visit identifier is attached to your order so we can see which campaigns lead to sales. We do not record your IP address, card details, or any name, email or postal address in this measurement, and it does not follow you to other websites. When you click through to buy on another shop, that shop applies its own privacy policy. We do not use advertising cookies, third-party advertising trackers, cross-site tracking or profiling.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers who help us run the business — for example website hosting, payment processing and delivery carriers — and only as needed. We do not sell personal data.

Keeping your data

We keep personal data only for as long as we need it, and longer only where UK law requires it — for example, sales and tax records.

Your rights
