Age

This website and this product are intended for adults aged 18 or over. Please do not use this site or order if you are under 18.

Orders

You can buy PULSE in two ways. (1) Direct on https://pulsegummies.shop: When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your order. Receipt of payment or an automated order acknowledgement does not itself mean that we have accepted your order. Your order is accepted and the contract between us is formed when we confirm that your order has been dispatched. If we are unable to accept your order after payment has been taken, we will refund the amount paid. Prices are shown in GBP and are the final price you pay — no VAT or delivery charge is added. Direct orders are for UK delivery addresses only, and payment is taken securely by our payment provider; we never see or store your card details. (2) Through our TikTok Shop listing: those orders are completed on TikTok Shop, and the sale terms, delivery options and returns process shown during that checkout apply. Nothing here removes your statutory rights as a consumer.

Delivery and returns

Our Delivery and Returns pages form part of these terms. Direct website orders receive free UK delivery, usually within 1–3 working days (an estimate, not a guaranteed date). For TikTok Shop orders, the delivery and returns information shown during that checkout applies.

Content and accuracy

We take care to describe the product accurately, including its ingredients and per-serving amounts. Packaging and imagery may change. Always read the label on the pouch you receive.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable at the time the contract was made. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes may be brought in the courts of England and Wales.
