Where you bought PULSE

For orders placed through our TikTok Shop listing, please start a return through the TikTok Shop order process, or email us and we will help. Direct checkout on this website is being prepared, and the final direct-purchase returns procedure will be published on this page before it opens.

Your statutory rights

Where you buy online as a consumer, UK consumer law gives you a cancellation period of 14 days from receiving the goods, and a further 14 days to send them back. Your statutory rights are not affected by anything on this page.

Condition of returned goods

Because PULSE is a food supplement, returned pouches must be unopened, unused and with any seal intact. We cannot accept opened or partially used pouches for hygiene and food-safety reasons. This does not affect your rights if the goods are faulty, damaged or not what you ordered.
